From Garden State Parkway

 From Areas South: Garden State Parkway North, to Exit 161/Rt. 4 East.  Take Rt. 4 East. Exit at Hackensack Avenue North (the second Hackensack Avenue exit).  Get in the left lane. At second light, turn into Continental Plaza. Stay in the left lane and proceed to the upper or lower parking decks. Our building is the middle building #411.

 From Areas North: Garden State Parkway South to Rt. 17 South.  On Rt. 17 South, stay in right lane.  Exit at Rt. 4 East.  Exit at Hackensack Avenue North (the second Hackensack Avenue exit).  Get in the left lane. At second light, turn into Continental Plaza. Stay in the left lane and proceed to the upper or lower parking decks. Our building is the middle building #411.

 From New Jersey Turnpike

Take the NJ Turnpike North to Exit 18 West. Follow signs for Rt. 46 West.  Take Rt. 46 West over bridge to the light at the Traffic Circle. Turn right at traffic circle.  Go North for two blocks to River Street, which becomes Hackensack Avenue and continue North (past Courthouse, Sears and Burger King, Targetl).  As you cross over Rt. 4 (right before Riverside Square Mall) get in left lane. Go through the traffic light. At the next light turn left into Continental Plaza. Stay in the left lane and proceed to the upper or lower parking decks. Our building is the middle building #411.

 From Rt. 17

From Areas South: Take Rt. 17 North. Exit at Rt. 4 East, Paramus. Exit at Hackensack Avenue North (the second Hackensack Avenue exit).  Get in the left lane. At second light, turn into Continental Plaza. Stay in the left lane and proceed to the upper or lower parking decks. Our building is the middle building #411.

From Areas North: Take Rt. 17 South to Rt. 4 East.  Exit at Hackensack Avenue North (the second Hackensack Avenue exit).  Get in the left lane. At second light, turn into Continental Plaza. Stay in the left lane and proceed to the upper or lower parking decks. Our building is the middle building #411.

From Rt. 80

From New York City and East New Jersey:  Take Rt. 80 West to Hudson Street (Hackensack) Exit.  At second traffic light turn left on to River Street. Continue North as River Street becomes Hackensack Avenue.  Pass Courthouse, Sears, Burger King and Riverside Square Mall. Go through the traffic light at Riverside Square Mall continuing on Hackensack Avenue.. At the next light turn left into Continental Plaza. Stay in the left lane and proceed to the upper or lower parking decks. Our building is the middle building #411.

From Areas West: Take Rt. 80 East to Hudson Street exit.  Make left at end of ramp.  Make left at light onto Hudson Street. Go under highway.  Make a right at the next light on to Kennedy Street.  Left at next light onto River Street. Proceed on River Street which becomes Hackensack Avenue and continue North (past Courthouse, Sears and Burger King, Targetl).  As you cross over Rt. 4 (right before Riverside Square Mall) get in left lane. Go through the traffic light at the Mall Entrance continuing on Hackensack Avenue.  At the next light turn left into Continental Plaza. Stay in the left lane and proceed to the upper or lower parking decks. Our building is the middle building #411.

From George Washington Bridge

Follow signs to Rt. 4 West.  Exit at Hackensack Avenue North (exit ramp at Riverside Square Mall before underpass).  Immediately get in left lane. Make a left at  second light into Continental Plaza.  Stay in the left lane and proceed to the upper or lower parking decks. Our building is the middle building #411.
